What Living Link is

Living Link lets you build a link that opens as a page you control — with a note, destinations, questions, and two-way chat between you and whoever opens it. You keep full control of where your links point and what they say.

Your account

There are no emails or passwords. Your account is a 24-character Residual ID. Anyone who has your ID has full control of your links, inbox, and history — treat it like a key, share it only with people you trust (that sharing is also how teams work), and rotate it from your dashboard if someone should no longer have access. We cannot recover a lost ID.

Paid plans

Individual is $9/month and Business is $29/month, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime and the plan simply stops renewing — no lock-in, no cancellation fee. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us through the chat on any of our pages and we'll make it right, including refunds where fair. We never take a percentage of anything you sell through your links.

What you may not do

No illegal content, scams, phishing, or impersonation.
No links to malware or deceptive downloads.
No harassment through chat.
Medical-office links are for scheduling and logistics only — never ask for or send health details through a Living Link.

We can take down links that break these rules.

Honesty line

Every link page tells the reader plainly what your interest is (affiliate, business, personal, or medical scheduling). That disclosure is part of the product and is not removable — it's why people trust the pages enough to respond.

The service, plainly

We work hard to keep Living Link fast and up, but it's provided as-is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page.

Street Team & referral program

These terms govern the Join the Link earning programs described at /reps and /creators, and they are the binding version of those offers.

What earns: a referral is credited when a new account is created through your referral link or code. A cash bounty and recurring share accrue only when that account pays for a subscription — the $50 activation bounty accrues when a referred Business pays its second month; recurring shares (20% standard, 30% creator tier) accrue on each of the referred account’s first 12 monthly payments. You are never paid for recruiting other reps, and joining costs nothing.
Payouts: settled monthly. During early access, settlements are processed manually and we will contact you (via your dashboard) to arrange the payment method when your first payout is due. US persons earning $600 or more in a calendar year will receive a 1099 and may be asked for a W-9 before payment.
Integrity: no self-referrals, no referring accounts you control, no misleading promotion, no spam. We may withhold or claw back amounts earned through fraud, abuse, or refunded/charged-back subscriptions.
Changes: we may change program rates or terms going forward with notice on this page; amounts already earned under prior terms stay earned.
Refunds: if a referred subscription is refunded, the associated bounty and shares for those payments are reversed.

Refunds

Not for you? Your first subscription payment is refundable within 30 days, no questions asked — email [email protected]. You can cancel any subscription at any time and keep access through the period you already paid for.
